Information as an organizational resource be considered more important to be managed like other organizational resources. The operations of Company always require the systems for collecting, processing, storing, reviewing and distributing toll revenues collected information is very vital for company. PT Bosowa Marga Nusantara primarily because income obtained through this process. Pengendalian Pengumpulan Tol (PPT) very important role to check the truth of the data from the field (Kolektor and KSPT) before diapproval by the operational head and submitted to the finance department. However, its role in running the PPT is still experiencing good constraints as well as a source of balance control, fast and accurate information to management. Toll Revenue System is a software generated from this research to help overcome the constraints faced by PPT.
Applications can be used with multi-user (access limitation) with Local Area Network and Wifi.Applications are also equipped with facilities budget input, input wavelength and toll revenues and, verification of the toll revenue to the verification of deposit to the bank. Truth data from the toll booths will be processed again by the system to ensure no errors and deviations from the data obtained from the KSPT, as a person in charge of data from the toll gate.
Output the application are daily activity reports and analysis reports. These reports are needed by management in decision-making framework. Design application starts with identifying information system needs. Furthermore, making the software was built using Borland Delphi 7.0 with PostgreSQL 8.1 as database. It is expected that applications can be maximized so as to overcome the constraints faced by the company. In addition the company is also expected to conduct trainings for human resource development efforts of important management information system.
