(Muarief Basri) Analysis The Influence of Interest Rate, Inflation Rate, and exchange Rate Toword Jakarta Composite Index Period 2007-2011(Supervisor I : Nasir, S.E., M.Si.), (Supervisor II : Dahsan Hasan, S.H., M.H.)
This research analyze about the influence of quality cost which consist of prevention cost, measurement cost, external failure cost toward profitability rate or company income of BTPN BANK Palopo Branch. In the process, the researcher uses SPSS Software version 15.0 to process the data. The research goal is to give empiric evidence about independent variable influence (quality cost) toward dependent variable (profitability). From the “t” test result for prevention cost, measurement cost, and external failure cost, it affects profitability significantly. Form the “F” test result for prevention cost, measurement cost, internal failure cost, and external failure cost can be summarized that prevention cost, measurement cost, internal failure cost, and external failure cost affects selling significantly.
The Result partially and simultaneous, the quality cost influenced the profitability BTPN BANK Palopo Branch with regression coefficient variable value, measurement cost, eksternal fail cost, and the probability value smaller then 0,005and it is mean that quality cost influence significantly toward profitability BTPN BANK Palopo Branch.
