The purpose of this research is to produce a MS-based village document storage model. Access in Soreang Village,
Mappakasunggu District, Takalar Regency. This system makes it easier for village officials to manage village
administrative documents efficiently and effectively. This study uses data collection techniques, namely: observation,
identification, survey, interview and discussion with village officials. Furthermore, the system design method includes making use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and entity relation diagrams of the system. Then proceed with the creation and implementation of programs based on designs that have been made previously, the last is system testing to test the suitability of the system made with the needs of village officials. The results of the research are in the form of a prototype program based on Ms. Access is the right technology to provide information on managing village administrative documents effectively and efficiently, manual application usage guides, journal proceedings on the 2022 SNP2M. In addition, it is also published through the Makassar Timur Tribune electronic media and videos on the P3M YouTube channel PNUP Campus.
