The problems experienced by lecturers at Politeknik Negeri Ujung Pandang are the management of Tri
Dharma Documents of Higher Education, namely education, research, community service used in the promotion process,
or certification, filling out lecturer performance sheets every priodik, lecturer performance load every year and refill
PUPNS , documents must be searched one by one, the range of loss, because the document is still stored conventionally
or manually. The research objective is to produce a Web-based document storage model at Ujung Pandang State
Polytechnic. The research design is carried out by implementing the waterfall method with a Context Diagram or Level 0
DFD diagram, level 1 and entity relationship (ERD). The results of the study show that 1) the tri dharma document
management of higher education and supporting SK can be accessed by administrators and lecturers of each department /
study program as users. 2) each lecturer can only access or download and print the Document SK. 3) availability of
information on the number of lecturers who received the document SK 4) Availability of SK documents that can be
accessed by lecturers.
