Abstract
Clean water is a necessary need for human being and other organisms. In this time, the increase population is equivalent to water needs such as Laang Tanduk village, Rantepao District, North Toraja Regency. Topographic condition is wavy, and it is higher than Sopai Water Management Installation location which is probably an enable to share clean water to all existing distributed networks. According to survey and investigation results, they showed 50,29% PDAM Costumers unsatisfied, and 61,14% stated that an sufficient volume of clean water is received. Results of EPANET 2.2 Software implied a statement that adding 2 booster pumps with head 65 m are required to optimize distributed networks of water on existed network between n47 and n48. Whereas Pressure on node n48 was 48.66 meter converted to 98.74 meter. An increase pressure on n67 was -0.65 meter converted to 5.38 meter. Adjusted diameter of pipe has been conducted on p66 pipe (100 m diameter converted to 80 mm) and p67 (100 mm diameter converted to 65 mm) in order to enhance and increase pressure insight pipe. From reservoir to service area, diameter of pipe also has been adjusted to increase water speed insight pipe being more 0.3 m/s.
