The need for electronic achieving system is now becoming urgent and
necessary to pro6ssionally menage the documents and files. This study sheds
light on the developmeot of electonic achieving systen model to quickly and
accurately find the specific document. The study followed the waterfall method
cmploying three main stages; needs assessmen! programming, and testing of the
model. Grounde.d in quoliative research design, the process of data collection
invohed observation aad interview. Using the data from the observation and
inten iew, we developed aa eleetronic achieving model to meet the client needs
and eryectation. The project rasulted a web-based archiving system in which the
platform allows the clients take advantages in managing and organizing the
documents.
