One of the sucess indicator of village is it can provide the population database and the village profile. Tanete
Village, in Simbang district, Maros regency is one of village that realize that by providing aplication of population
database. Nowdays, the application is so important to provide some information about the population (based on
population needs). This research is aimed to create data base model to make the application. The method used is
waterfall method which consists of need analysis stage, system plan/program, program by using PHP and MYSQL,
program testing, system testing, upgrading, and maintenance. The research result is progam prototype computer base,
that the aplication that can provide tho whole population data report. The strenght of this program is it can find the
population data based on their address, family card (KK), birth, moving, coming, death, and others. Beside making the
report, the application also can provide information letter needed by Tanete village population automatically such as
birth information letter, death infomation letter, moving and coming information letter to the another village. Superficial
of this research is the sotware application and journal.
