Abstract

The ability to increase the productivity of intensive pond cultivation is strongly influenced by the ability of pond farmers
to overcome the decline in water quality in this case the problem of low oxygen solubility. The influential factor in the
aeration system to increase shrimp farming productivity is the mechanization of the rotation of the aerator wheel which
has the capability of a cheap and environmentally friendly propulsion energy source which has an impact on decreasing
operational costs. bldc. Nominal 110W low power bldc motor at 48Vdc with 48V / 50Ah battery energy source.
2x150Wp hybrid photovoltaic energy source and 450Wac wind turbine can charge 4x12V / 50Ah batteries at 13.6 Vdc
up to 16 Vdc. Optimal performance of bldc motors on moving 2 aerator wheels at 60-70 rpm for 540 minutes. Bldc motor
as a drive for the aerator is capable of forming aeration using renewable energy sources hybrid photovoltaic-wind
turbine.
