Abstract
The technique in hydroponic plants is the fertigation system. This technique applies nutrients through the irrigation system. The application of the fertigation system is not only for hydroponic plants. This system can also be applied to plants that use soil as their growing media. Watering activities are usually done regularly and manually. Where the water pumping machine is activated manually and water will flow through the plants through the installation of pipes / hoses. This watering system can be controlled via the internet using Mobile, known as the Internet of Things (IoT). By applying IoT to the fertigation system it will simplify and also improve the quality of plants because fertilization and irrigation activities can be carried out continuously. The design of this fertigation system uses ESP32 microcontroller to regulate watering the plants at 8 am and 4 pm. Fertigation implementation uses the IoT concept with notifications sent to users during a watering alarm, after watering and when the water supply will run out.
