Abstract
(Rani Syarief and Zulfiani W. Sakani), The Design of Operational Budgetary Program based Visual Basic.Net 2008 for PT Makassar Megaprima. Supervised by Muh. Jayadi, S.E.,M.Si. as the first supervisor and Hasyim M., S.E. as the second supervisor.
PT Makassar Megaprima is a manufacturer that still using manual information system in making its operational budget. This research aims to provide an operational budget and variance application. The application is included sales budget, production budget, raw material budget, direct labor budget, factory overhead budget, and actual input to analyse cost variance.
Thus, by using this application, PT Makassar Megaprima can provide operational budget and variance information efficiently and effectively.
