Compliance audits procurement Against Presidential Decree Number 80 Year 2003 In State Polytechnic Ujung Pandang.
Procurement of goods / services is the government's procurement activities financed by barang-/jasa APBN / APBD both self-managed and implemented by providers of goods / services is therefore very necessary to guide the implementation of government procurement is specified. Accordingly, it was published Presidential Decree Number 80 Year 2003 on guidelines for the implementation of government procurement.
In this study the method used is the method of testing compliance with the implementation of the benchmarking approach pengadakan procurement process established by the government with the implementation process in the field are already in line and followed according to Presidential Decree No. 80 of 2003 or not.
The results showed that the procurement procedures that have occurred in Ujung Pandang State Polytechnic is not compliant with Presidential Decree Number 80 Year 2003 due to the implementation stage, not all published work package was notably the mass or the official notice board. While the factors that influence the implementation of the procurement of goods in Poltek one of them is a lack of understanding of procurement committee of Presidential Decree 80 of 2003 for procurement committee always diroling.
