ABSTRACTION of Arli Nindita, Stocktaking with System of Codefication Goods Year 2008 at Office On duty Education, Sport and Young Man Of Kab. Gowa, Rosmawati, SE. MS.AK and of Dahsan Hasan, SH. MH.
This Research is case study at Office On duty Education, Sport and Young man with aim to to execute goods stocktaking/ area asset , also to execute kodefikasi according to system of codefication pursuant to location code and goods code so that goods / clear asset of his status. used by datas is writer in this research is obtained from field observation at the same time interview to research place institution staff. Observation done to re-checked inventories list last year, while interview done/conducted to know more detail status of goods.
Research result indicate that On duty Education, Sport and Young man of Kab. Gowa not yet done/conducted stocktaking of codification asset in the year 2008. By not done/conducted by stocktaking him and of codefication asset, hence institution do not know clearly sum up and any kind of assets which is him owning. Besides institution also less in function control and exploiting of goods. Execution of Stocktaking with system of codefication goods in recognition, record-keeping of goods, and operation of goods. With gift of the code will clear of status is ownership of him, classification/ subdividing of goods, and year purchasing of his goods.
