Abstract

The number of digital payments has increased significantly since the end of 2019 also driven by the COVID-19 pandemic
at the beginning of 2020 which has changed order oflife, especially in payments. Payout of Single Tuition Fee is also
migrated to digital. It will keep physical distanceand make it easier for students. Previous payment system model is only
suitable used in the university system, where payment accounts are created simultaneously and not synchronized with the
academic system. Meanwhile, at the Polytechnic, payment is made specifically by each student. A payment gateway is
required for integrate academic systems, payments, to financial reporting. The SIMOKO design methodology consists of
literature review, entities selection, data modelling, sandbox simulation, system implementation, pilot test and module
testing. This design produces 2 modules to completepayment gateway with 100% of the modules pass the testing
