One of the sucess indicator of village is it can provide thepopulation database and the village profile. TaneteVillage, in Simbang district, Maros regency is one of village that realize that by providing aplication of populationdatabase. Nowdays, the application is so important to provide some information aboutthe population (based onpopulation needs).This research is aimed to create data base model to make the application. The method used iswaterfall method which consists of need analysis stage, system plan/program, program by using PHP and MYSQL,program testing, system testing, upgrading, and maintenance.The research result is progam prototype computer base,that the aplication that can provide tho whole population data report. The strenght of this program is it can find thepopulation data based on theiraddress, family card (KK), birth, moving, coming, death, and others.
