Abstract
This research method uses the Research & Development (R&D) model. The stages: analysis of needs through observation
and interviews with informants, analysis and identification of archive/document management, and program design. The
compulsory output of this research is a National Seminar in the form of proceedings, appropriate technology with form
applications that make it easy to access Study Program form documents online or offline, application usage guidelines,
