The Covid-19 pandemic has hit Indonesia for almost 1.5 years. The agricultural sector has become a savior in these difficult conditions, one of which is the ornamental plant business. In addition to being a current trend, this one hobby can be developed as a profitable business. One of the ornamental plant activists is Mrs. Ester, who is a PKM partner. The problems faced by partners have to spend additional capital for the procurement of fertilizers so that the selling price of ornamental plants must be higher or profits are thin; the schedule for the garbage truck is 2x a week, often even once a week, so that the wet household waste just rots and causes unpleasant odors and views. Activities that have been carried out are socialization and demonstrations regarding the use of composters for processing household waste. In addition, composters were also handed over to partners and mentoring activities for partners on how to apply liquid fertilizer to ornamental plants.
