This research represent research using analysis approach of persuasif suggesting management of PT Adiatma Business unit paint to conduct measurement of employees performence in determining elegibility of bonus to be alloted to its employees according to its performance. With existence of assesment of performance top manager can obtain objective to give compensation according to rendered achievementthe each or officer of begin to company as a whole. All this expected can form excitement and motivation at each shares or officer to work more effective and efficient. Pursuant to result of research, writer conclude that result of measurement of performance can assist manager side to know how many eligibility of compensation in the form of bonus which must be passed to employees. Pursuant to target of writing at chapter 1 hence bonus which at first only alloted to sales departement employees, have been alloted by all part of pursuant of performance of poin obtained the each employees in every departement
